SMS Terms & Conditions

These terms cover the text messaging program operated by Cosmos and Concrete Technical Solutions from (830) 549-6772.
1. The program
As a client, you receive text messages from us about your account: a monthly service summary with a secure payment link, updates about services on your account, and replies to messages you send us.
2. How you opt in
You opt in on paper when you sign a Cosmos and Concrete service agreement. Before you sign, the agreement shows you a text-messaging consent section; you confirm your consent by writing your mobile number in that section and signing the agreement. The exact wording of that consent section is reproduced in section 7 below. This is the only way to opt in to this program — there is no keyword, website-form, QR-code, or verbal opt-in.
3. Message frequency
Typically one statement message per month, plus occasional service messages when your account needs them. Message frequency may vary.
4. Cost
We do not charge a separate fee for text messages. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan.
5. Opting out and help
Reply STOP at any time to cancel — you will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. Reply HELP for help, or email us at [email protected].
6. Delivery
Delivery of text messages depends on your wireless carrier and coverage. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. The consent wording in our service agreement
This is the exact text of the consent section in the service agreement, shown to every client before signing: “By writing your mobile number below and signing this agreement, you agree to receive text messages from Cosmos and Concrete Technical Solutions at that number about your services, including a monthly service summary with a secure payment link and service updates. Message frequency: monthly, plus service updates as needed. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, HELP for help. SMS terms: https://cosmosandconcrete.com/sms-terms. SMS privacy policy: https://cosmosandconcrete.com/sms-privacy. You do not have to agree to texts to buy services — leave the number blank and your monthly summary will arrive by email instead.” An image of the consent section, exactly as it appears in the agreement with the mobile number line the client fills in, is shown below.
