When you become a client and give us your mobile number in your signed service agreement, we collect your name, your mobile phone number, and the messages you send us.

2. How we use it

We use your mobile number only to run your account: • Your monthly service summary with a secure payment link • Updates about services on your account • Replies to messages you send us We do not send marketing blasts, and we never sell or rent your personal information.

3. Sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We use a messaging provider (Twilio) only to deliver these texts on our behalf.

4. Your choices

Reply STOP to any message to opt out of texts at any time. Reply HELP for help. If you opt out, we will contact you about your account by email or phone instead.

5. Keeping your information

We keep message records while you are a client and for a reasonable period afterward for billing and legal records. Access to client information is limited to our team.

6. Message frequency and rates

Message frequency: typically one service summary per month, plus service updates as needed; message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan.
